DIMAR (Dirección General Marítima)
The Port of Cartagena is governed by the regulations and policies of the DIMAR (Dirección General Marítima), the Colombian authority in charge of organizing, coordinating and controlling maritime operations in the country.
In order to engage in port and logistics operations at each of the terminals, it is necessary to understand these policies and regulations, and adhere to them.
